Yes. Children ages 6 and older can ride as passengers with a parent or guardian. Riders must be 16 or older to operate an ATV.
Most of our ATVs are two-seaters and can safely accommodate one driver and one passenger. We also offer one single-rider ATV for guests who prefer to ride solo.
Helmets and protective eyewear are provided. Closed-toe shoes are not required, but they are highly recommended. Bringing a poncho or light rain gear is a good idea if rain is in the forecast. Water, snacks, sunscreen, and anything you want for comfort on the trail are welcome.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so we can complete check-in and safety instruction before your ride begins.
If severe weather cancels the entire rental day, we will reschedule your ride or refund your deposit. Light rain does not stop the adventure, and the trails remain rideable.
Yes. Park entry is fully included with your rental. Just tell the gate attendant you are with Righteous Rides when you arrive.
We keep things simple and fair. Cancel 24 or more hours in advance for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours and a 40% fee applies. No-shows are considered cancellations and are subject to the same 40% fee. Once the rental has begun, all sales are final. Full-day weather cancellations are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Yes. Our Polaris Sportsman 570 ATVs have a maximum payload of 485 pounds, which includes the combined weight of the driver, passenger, and any gear.
Yes, but riders are responsible for securing their own devices. For safety, both hands must remain on the handlebars at all times while driving.
No. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to ride, and no refund will be issued.

Yes, but always within safe limits. Your speed should match your skill level, trail conditions, and visibility. Overconfidence causes more accidents than inexperience, so it is important to ride responsibly at all times.
Minor violations may result in a warning. Serious violations such as alcohol use, reckless operation, or intentionally ignoring rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
Yes. The trails feature varied terrain, and during your orientation we will point out beginner-friendly areas that are best suited for first-time riders.
